When You Need A Production Decal Partner
- Your products ship with no branding on them, or with labels that peel and fade.
- Equipment, machines and hazardous areas need CCOHS/WHMIS warning decals that actually last.
- You need the same decal, exactly the same, every run β in the hundreds or thousands.
- Serial, model and instruction labels have to survive oil, heat, solvents or outdoor exposure.
- A fleet or equipment rebrand means hundreds of decals applied consistently.
What Production Decal Work Involves
It starts with where the decal lives. A decal on a painted steel enclosure in a heated shop needs a different vinyl and adhesive than one on a diesel engine, a plastic housing or a trailer that lives outdoors. We match the material to the surface, the temperature range and the chemicals it will meet.
Artwork is cleaned up for cutting, then decals are printed and laminated or plotter-cut through our specialized suppliers, with UV-stable inks for colour that holds. Safety decals follow CCOHS/WHMIS symbol and colour conventions.
You can apply them on your own line, or we come to your facility and install them, which is the right call for large equipment, fleets and anything that has to be placed exactly.

What Moves The Price Of Production Decals
Decals are quoted per run. These are the variables:
Unit cost drops as the run grows. Repeat runs of an approved decal are quickest and most economical.
Simple shapes cut fast. Intricate die-cuts, small text and multiple sizes add set-up.
Standard vinyl, high-performance cast, reflective, chemical-resistant and high-temperature stocks each price differently.
Single-colour cut decals versus full-colour printed and laminated decals.
CCOHS/WHMIS safety decals follow specific formats that we build to.
Self-apply, or we install on site at your facility within our service area.

Production Decal Questions
What is the minimum order for production decals?
There isn't a hard minimum. Short runs cost more per piece than long ones, but we produce prototypes, small batches and runs in the thousands.
Do you make WHMIS and CCOHS safety decals?
Yes. We produce safety decals with clear danger and warning symbols for equipment, machines and hazardous areas, built to CCOHS/WHMIS conventions.
Will decals hold up outdoors or on hot equipment?
Yes, when the right material is specified. Tell us the surface, temperature range and any chemicals involved and we'll choose a vinyl and laminate rated for it.
Can you install decals on our equipment or fleet?
Yes. For large equipment, fleets and anything that has to be positioned precisely, we come to your site and apply them.
Can we reorder the same decal later?
Yes. Approved artwork and material specs are kept on file so repeat runs match the first.
Need Decals That Last?
Send the artwork, the quantity and where the decals will live. We'll spec the material and quote the run.
